DeeCla Services Limited (DSL) was incorporated in 2010 as a private limited liability company in Nigeria, founded with the purpose of providing cutting edge and integrated services, namely human capital, training services, business process improvement and procurement services, to indigenous and multinational corporations. Its CAC registration number can be provided upon request.

Our visionary is Clara Ogunsemi, MBA. She leads DeeCla's practice across human capital, training, business process improvement and procurement.
Our board of directors
Mr. Thomas T. Osobu is one of the directors of DeeCla Services Limited. His prior experience includes managerial and marketing roles for Nigerian companies in the food and pharmaceutical industries. He is a non-executive board member of Neimeth International Pharmaceuticals and May Clinics Nigeria Limited. Mr. Osobu holds an MBA from Boston University, Massachusetts, and is an alumnus of the Chief Executive Program (CEP) at Lagos Business School.
Mrs. Helen Williams is a medical practitioner in Indianapolis, Indiana. She holds her medical doctorate from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Public Health from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
